Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aitowp.agency and all services offered by aitowp.agency ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or requesting a free audit, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them before proceeding.

1. Services

aitowp.agency provides AI-to-WordPress migration services: rebuilding websites originally generated by AI tools (Lovable, v0, Bolt.new, Claude, and similar) into WordPress installations with full SEO setup. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project are defined in the project brief confirmed between us before work begins.

We offer three standard tiers — Starter ($299), Standard ($599), and Pro ($1,299) — each with defined inclusions. The scope of each tier is published on our Pricing page and confirmed in the project brief.

2. Project process and timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 7 business days from project kickoff. The timeline begins when:

• Payment has cleared
• You have provided all required assets (site access, login credentials, content, brand files)
• The project scope has been confirmed by both parties

Delays caused by late asset delivery, scope changes requested mid-project, or prolonged client non-response may extend the timeline. We will notify you promptly if a delay is anticipated.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Stripe (card), Wise, and bank transfer. All prices are in USD.

Invoices are issued at the start of the project. Payment failure or chargeback without prior communication will result in suspension of work and potential project cancellation.

4. Revisions

Every project includes two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A revision round means a consolidated set of feedback submitted in a single message or document. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may be treated as new work.

Revisions are limited to corrections within the original agreed scope. Requests that add new pages, new functionality, or substantially change the design after delivery will be quoted separately.

5. Post-launch support

All tiers include 14 days of post-launch support from the date the site goes live. During this window, we will fix any issues arising directly from our work (bugs, broken layout, SEO misconfiguration) at no additional cost. Support requests should be submitted via email.

Post-launch support does not include new feature development, content updates, or third-party plugin issues unrelated to our implementation.

6. Refunds

We stand behind our work. Our refund policy:

• Before work begins — Full refund if you cancel before the project kickoff date.
• During the project — Partial refund (proportional to work not yet completed) if you cancel after work has started but before delivery.
• After delivery — We do not offer refunds after the final site has been delivered and revisions have been used, except in cases of clear, unfulfilled scope (e.g., a deliverable specified in the project brief was never provided).
• Disputes — If you believe the delivered work fails to meet the agreed scope, contact us at hello@aitowp.agency before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

7. Client responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we require:

• Access to your current AI site (view access or codebase export)
• WordPress hosting credentials or the ability to set up staging
• Timely responses to questions (within 2 business days)
• Consolidated, clear revision feedback

We are not responsible for delays attributable to late or incomplete asset delivery on your part.

8. Intellectual property

Upon full payment and project delivery, all deliverables (the WordPress build, custom code written for your project, design implementations) become your property. You retain full ownership.

We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and case studies, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before project start.

We do not claim ownership over your original content, branding, or the AI-generated design we migrate. Third-party themes, plugins, and assets remain subject to their respective licenses, which we will document in the project handoff.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials, site credentials, and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, site content, or project details to third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., coordinating with a team collaborator on a Pro-tier project).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aitowp.agency's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost traffic, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for issues caused by your hosting provider, third-party plugins not installed by us, or changes made to the site after delivery.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Active project agreements in progress are governed by the Terms in force at the time the project brief was confirmed.
